Relaxation Massage:

Focus on relieving stress in a calming environment. Gentle, slow, full-body massage uses Swedish, PNF stretching and strain/counterstrain techniques. Moisturizing lotions and oils used.

Therapeutic Massage:

Focus on relieving pain in head, neck, shoulders, back, legs and arms. Vigorous, energetic massage uses Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, PNF stretching, strain/counterstrain and sports massage techniques. Pain relief lotions and oils used.

Aromatherapy Massage:

Focus on total relaxation while enjoying a gentle, relaxing, full-body massage using Swedish, PNF stretching and strain/counterstrain techniques. Aromatherapy lotions and oils promote relaxation while leaving skin soft.

Ortho-Bionomy® and Reiki
Ortho-Bionomy is very effective for working with things ranging from general tension release to injuries to chronic situations. It provides the benefits of deep tissue massage without the discomfort or soreness. Imagine a combination lock where you turn the dial until the tumblers line up and the lock opens. Ortho-Bionomy does this with the muscles and tension in the body. It helps to realign and rebalance the body.

Reiki is a hands-on healing art which uses the Universal Life Force Energy. It assists with enhancing one's healing process.

The Healing Touch Program^TM Healing Touch is an energy therapy in which practitioners consciously use their hands in a heart-centered and intentional way to support and facilitate physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health and healing.

There are nerve endings in the hands and feet which correspond to the vital organs of the body and other body parts such as spine, sinuses, etc. Using reflexology can assist in bringing about more balance and function within these organs and parts of the body. Reflexology is a complimentary therapy and is not a replacement for proper medical care.

$95 for the 1st hour; $65 for each additional hour per therapist (2 hour minimum)

Convenient on-site massage. Client sits comfortably in a special, portable massage chair while remaining fully clothed. Shoulders, neck, upper back, head and arms are massaged. No lotions or oils used.
